Turn off email and text appointment reminders from being sent to specific customers.
Key Points
- Edit the customer's Location page 
- Scroll to the bottom of the page 
- For Send Reminders... select Inactive 
Note If the customer only wants email reminders, select Send an email. If the customer only wants text reminders, select Send a text message. If the customer wants both, select Send an email and a text message.
