From the Dashboard, click Reports
Click Text Reminders
Here you can view:
Date/Time the text was sent
Recipient the phone number the text was sent to
Status Delivered is the confirmation text, Sent is the secondary response
Text The text in the message
Response from the customer
Work Order the Work Order number
Location the location the appointment will take place
Customer the name of the customer
