Summary

People can receive Invoice or Work Order emails based on where their email address in the customer's account.

Key Points

  • The email address in the customer's Billing page receives invoice emails

  • The email address in the customer's Location page receives work order emails

To have a customer receive both invoice and work order emails, put the same email address in both locations.

​Note An email address in the location page will not receive invoice emails, and an email address in the billing page will not receive work order emails.
