To search for something specific in this list, press CTRL + f (Windows) or Command (⌘) + f (Macintosh) and type in your search. 

The following is a cheat sheet without the lengthy explanations of what to do. For example, under Accounts Receivable there is an entry: 

all the $$ owed to me!, bottom of the Balance column

This means to see all the money owed to you, open the Accounts Receivable report and look in the balance column for the answer. You might have to click a column header once or twice to sort it according to your needs. Totals will be at the bottom of the report.

Each report has an Export button in the upper-right corner of the page. Click the button, select CSV and save the file. Open it in Excel, Sheets or Numbers where you can sort, filter, move or hide any of the rows or columns to your liking. This method of data mining makes these reports very versatile and robust. 

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
who has unapplied payments, click Balance column, look for -$##.## or $0.00
statements for customers 90+ days overdue, filter 90 days, Export, Print Statements
all customers who have a balance, click the Balance column twice to see most owed
all the $$ owed to me!, bottom of the Balance column
