PDF Forms are available in our Startup, Business and Pro subscription plans.
Summary
To add a PDF file to a Work Order click the Forms tab and add the file there.

If you need to have the tech fill the form in the mobile app click the Add PDF to this work order button. If you need to have the form attached for office use, click the Upload Manually Filled Form button; forms attached this way will not be seen on the mobile app.
To add a form to an existing Work Order or Work Order series so it can be seen and filled by the tech:
Add the form to be in each Work Order in a series:
Click Edit Series to have this form available for all appointments for a work order
Click the PDF Forms tab
Click Add PDF to this work order
Click the form you want to add
Click Update Series
Work Orders added to a series are saved on an individual basis. A PDF file saved with this week's Work Order will not overwrite the PDF saved in last week's Work Order, for example.
Add the form to a one-time Work Order:
Click the Forms tab
Click Add PDF to this work order
Click the form you want to add
Click click Save
Note To remove the PDF file, click the minus '-' symbol to the left of it in the Forms tab.
