If you bought a yearly subscription through our store, you will need to activate it in the Fieldy app. Usually, this is done when you first sign up in the app. If you haven't signed up yet, just follow the instructions in the app and you'll be all set!
In case you bought the subscription after signing up or haven't activated it yet, follow these steps to do so.
Activating your subscription
If you want to activate a subscription on an account that already exists (for example, if you've bought a yearly subscription after signing up, or signed up with a different email), follow these steps to activate it: To manage or redeem your subscription, you can also navigate to the Settings section (this may also be labeled as Account in some versions of the app) to access subscription options.
Tap your account icon in the top right.
Press "Redeem Subscription" - it will be found above your name and email.
Follow the activation steps in the app. 4. Enter the verification code sent to your email to complete the activation process.
Troubleshooting
If you're getting this error, please check that the email you've entered matches the email used to purchase the subscription in our store, including lowercase and uppercase letters. If you have received a verification code but are unable to proceed, ensure that the code is entered correctly and has not expired.
If you believe the email is correct and the error persists, this may mean that a Fieldy account using that email already exists with an activated subscription. You can switch to a different account by tapping "Sign out" at the bottom of the account page, relaunching the app and signing in with the correct email.
