Install the boom arm on the desktop. The maximum desktop thickness supports 2 inches.

You can get a FIFINE pivot mount from our accessories. Then use the metal ring to screw the pivot mount onto the microphone. After that, you can have the mic screwed into the arm stand.
How can I tell if the included boom arm fits my desk?
The maximum thickness that the C-clamp can handle is 2.1". So, the width of the desk edge you used should be less than 2.1 inches (55 mm).
You can use a bank card to check it - 3.3 inches (85.5mm) in length and 2.1 inches (55mm) in width. In this case, the width of your desk edge had better be less than the width of the Bank Card. Also, note that you make sure that both the top of the C-clamp and the underside are resting on flat surfaces.
