How can I tell if the included boom arm fits my desk?
The Fifine A6T Microphone is equipped with the Fifine CS1 boom arm. So here we're going to show how A6T fits your desk with the boom arm.
What you should focus on:
Reach the desk clamp entirely into the desk edge with 1.7 inches(40 mm).
The width of the desk edge you used should be less than 2.1 inches (55 mm).
The suitable desk edge for mounting the clamp should be at least half the length of the Bank Card.
What is the threading size of the microphone mount?
The thread size of the pivot mount is standard 5/8". To attach the mic onto a scissor arm stand with a 3/8" threading, you need to screw the 3/8" to 5/8" adapter that comes with the arm stand package to the mic mount. The installation demo is below.
What is the maximum thickness the included boom arm clamp can handle? And what kind of desk will it fit?
The maximum thickness that the C-clamp can handle is 2.1". Also, note that you make sure that both the top of the C-clamp and the underside are resting on flat surfaces.
How do you attach it to the boom arm?
Screw the lower part of the desk clamp until it is tight and secure.
Insert the boom arm (the end without the screw) into the hole of the desk clamp tighten the screw.
Screw the mic to the boom arm via the luded adapter.
Install the pop filter in the shock mount.
How do I connect my microphone to my PS5?
Plug the microphone into the PS5 using a USB cable and set Fifine A6T as the input device. At this point, Fifine A6T is named as "USB Headset (fifine Microphone)."
Adjust the input lever on "Adjust Microphone Level" in the PS5 or the gain knob on the microphone.
Choose the output device you need to use. If you only hear the monitor sound and didn't hear the game audio, check whether the "output to headset" is set as"Voice Chat Audio". If it's, select the "All Audio" option.
If A6T doesn't work on the PS5, please upgrade the PS5 system to the latest version, then restart the PS5 to test again.
If the disconnect issue continues, try to test the mic with another USB cable(with data transmission function) or plug the mic into another USB port on the PS5.
