Connecting Apple Health allows Edge to automatically sync your steps and active energy - helping us personalise your training and track your progress accurately.

Follow the steps below to make sure Edge has the correct permissions.

✅ Step 1: Open the Apple Health App

  1. On your iPhone, open the Health app (white icon with a red heart).

  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.

✅ Step 2: Go to “Apps” under Privacy

  1. Scroll down and select Apps under the “Privacy” section.

  2. Find and tap on Edge from the list of apps.

✅ Step 3: Enable Data Permissions for Edge

  1. You’ll see options to allow Edge to read data.

  2. Make sure the toggles are turned ON for:

    • 🔥 Active Energy

    • 👟 Steps

  3. Once enabled, Edge will start reading your health data and display it in your dashboard.

🔁 Can’t see Edge in the Health app?

If Edge isn’t showing in the list:

  • Open the Edge app, go to Settings → Integrations, and tap Connect Apple Health.

  • This will trigger the Health access prompt.

  • After accepting, return to the Health app and follow the steps above.

ℹ️ Why This Matters

Edge uses your health data to:

  • Track your step goals

  • Understand your daily energy output

  • Adjust your training based on real activity
