How Do I Use FlexiSwap?
To use FlexiSwap in the Edge app, follow these simple steps:
Open the Edge App:
Go to the 'Plan' tab and click the 'flexiswap' button.
Access Your Workout Plan:
Click the up and down arrow on any given day to reassign a workout to a day that suits you.
Swipe Left
To update your training schedule, please swipe down on the 'Plan' tab and the plan will automatically update.
