I didn't get the Daily Brief newsletter today

The Daily Brief isn't sent every single day of the week, since markets are closed over the weekend. Expect it late on a Monday / early Tuesday, until late Friday / early Saturday morning.

I'm not getting any emails from Finimize

It could be because you:

  • Opted out of all emails from Finimize, so we can't send you emails at all

  • Have a full inbox, or an inbox that's unreachable for us because of your security settings

  • Have entered the wrong email (trouble-shoot above for common email issues with Apple accounts or Gmail addresses)

  • Marked us as spam / blocked us by accident

Whatever the reason, email help@finimize.com and we'll make sure you can start getting the emails you want from us again.



​I only want the Daily Brief but no event emails, or marketing emails

Easily sorted! You should be able to manage your email preferences with the link in the bottom of any email from us, but if that doesn't work for you, email help@finimize.com and we'll opt you out of everything but the Daily Brief and transactional emails.



I want to stop getting emails from Finimize

If you want to stop receiving all emails from Finimize, or submit an account deletion request, email help@finimize.com and explain what you need ('Unsubscribe me from all emails, including login links and renewal reminders', 'Opt me out of all marketing emails, and the Daily Brief, but make sure I can still get login links', or 'Delete my account permanently'.

A deletion request is irreversible, so make sure you really want your account gone, as you'll have to create a completely new account without your read history and preferences if we delete your existing account.
