What changed?
As of April 2, 2026, Firsty Free is temporarily unavailable for newly registered users, except for users registering with phone numbers from the Netherlands, Belgium and the United States.
Who is affected?
– New users (outside NL/BE/US): Firsty Free will not be visible
– Existing users: No changes, you can continue using Firsty Free normally
Why don’t I see Firsty Free?
If you don’t see the Free option in your app, it means your account is currently not eligible.
How can I get connected?
You can still access mobile data instantly by using:
– Daily plans (Comfort+ / First Class)
– Monthly subscriptions
These provide full-speed internet without ads.
