These steps apply only to advertisement-loading issues on Firsty Free, and disabling “Limit IP Address Tracking,” VPN, or Private Relay must not be used for general connectivity issues, no service, slow internet, data problems, or paid plans (Comfort+ / First Class); for those cases, refer to the connectivity troubleshooting guide instead.
Internet connection is not active
Firsty requires an active internet connection to load advertisements.
Ensure you are connected to WiFi or mobile data before pressing “Free 30 min”.
Even if you do not have an active Firsty plan, you should still be able to watch an advertisement. If ads are not loading while connected, follow the steps below.
IP Address Masking (Firsty Free Only)
If you are unable to watch ads on Firsty Free, it may be due to IP obfuscation caused by VPN, Private Relay or Apple’s “Limit IP Address Tracking” feature. These features can block ad providers from loading content properly

How to solve this for iOS?
1. Turning off the Limit IP Address tracking Feature in the network settings of your device:
Open the Settings app.
Tap Cellular (or Mobile Data).
Tap Cellular Data Options (or Mobile Data Options).
Toggle Limit IP Address Tracking off.
2. Turning off VPN and private relays
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap iCloud.
Tap Private Relay.
Toggle Private Relay on or off.
How to solve this for Android?
1. Turning off VPN
Open the Settings app.
Search for "VPN"
Toggle VPN off
Firsty Free Daily Limits
There is a daily limit of 300MB on Firsty Free.
If you reach the 300MB limit:
– You will not be able to watch additional ads that day
– Ads will reset after 24 hours
– Or you may upgrade to Comfort+ / First Class
