As of April 2, 2026, Firsty Free is temporarily unavailable for newly registered accounts, except for users in the Netherlands, Belgium and the United States.
Existing users who already had access to Firsty Free can continue to use it as normal.
If you don’t see Firsty Free in your app, you can still get connected using our flexible daily plans or subscriptions.
1. Check to ensure that you are visiting a country that supports Firsty Free
Firsty Free isn't available in all countries yet. The plan is ad-supported, allowing users to connect without a paid subscription, depending on eligibility criteria and regional restrictions.

2. Verify your account registration
Your eligibility for Firsty Free depends on your account registration and phone number.
– Firsty Free is only available to existing users
– New users (except NL/BE) will not have access
If you recently signed up and cannot use Firsty Free, this is expected and not a technical issue.
[IMPORTANT] Accounts registered using only an email address or phone numbers from regions not listed above (such as Africa or most of the Middle East) are currently ineligible for Firsty Free. Furthermore, the Firsty Free plan imposes a daily data limit of 300MB, after which ads may stop adding time until the next day.

3. Check that your network settings are correct
Ensure that your APN is set correctly, you've selected the correct network, and data roaming is enabled. Additionally, turn off VPN or Apple Private Relay as these can interfere with app functionality. Try enabling airplane mode for 30 seconds and then disable it, before restarting the Firsty app.
