Firsty Free isn't available in all countries yet. The plan is ad-supported, allowing users to connect without a paid subscription, depending on eligibility criteria and regional restrictions.

2. Verify your account registration
Your eligibility for Firsty Free is determined by the phone number used to register your account, regardless of your current physical location. To qualify, you must have registered with a phone number from: Additionally, if you signed up using Google or Apple, ensure your account includes a phone number from a supported region for eligibility verification.
North America: USA, Canada, Mexico.
Europe: Most countries (including UK, Germany, France, etc.).
South America: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru.
Asia: Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
[!IMPORTANT] Accounts registered using only an email address or phone numbers from regions not listed above (such as Africa or most of the Middle East) are currently ineligible for Firsty Free. Furthermore, the Firsty Free plan imposes a daily data limit of 300MB, after which ads may stop adding time until the next day.

3. Check that your network settings are correct
Ensure that your APN is set correctly, you've selected the correct network, and data roaming is enabled. Additionally, turn off VPN or Apple Private Relay as these can interfere with app functionality. Try enabling airplane mode for 30 seconds and then disable it, before restarting the Firsty app.
