Firsty Free allows eligible users to access essential mobile data at no cost. The service is supported entirely by advertisements.
Eligibility depends on:
– The country your phone number is registered in
– The country you are currently located in
If Firsty Free is not visible in your app, it may not be available for your specific location combination. Eligibility is determined automatically by our system based on your registered phone number and current location.
eSIM Requirement
New users: When you create an account and your location is checked, the app will automatically determine if Firsty Free is available for your country combination.
If you are eligible, the Firsty Free option will appear in the app, and you can install the Firsty eSIM directly by selecting the Firsty Free option.
Existing users: If your account is eligible for Firsty Free and you already have a Firsty eSIM installed with a paid plan, you can switch to Firsty Free directly in the app.
Simply select the “Switch to Firsty Free” option to start using the free, ad-supported connection.
What if I don’t see Firsty Free in my app?
If Firsty Free does not appear as an option:
– Make sure your app is updated to the latest version
– Confirm your current location matches a supported country
If the Free option still does not appear, please contact support. We can verify your eligibility internally before starting any technical troubleshooting.
How Does Firsty Free Work?
With Firsty Free, you can watch a short advertisement to connect to the internet for 30 minutes.
The speed is designed for essential use only. It may not be sufficient for high-data activities such as streaming, social media browsing, video calls, or hotspot usage.
As long as Firsty Free is available in your current location, you can continue watching advertisements directly in the app to extend your connection. You do not need WiFi to watch advertisements inside the Firsty app.
You can “stack” advertisements by watching up to 12 in a row, giving you up to 6 hours of uninterrupted access.
Please note there is a daily limit of 300MB on Firsty Free. Once the 300MB threshold is reached, advertisements can no longer be watched that day. Access resets automatically after 24 hours, or you can upgrade to Comfort+ or First Class for immediate higher-speed access.

What If You Forget to Watch an Advertisement?
If you do not watch an advertisement when prompted, your data access will pause temporarily. Once you watch the next advertisement, you will be instantly reconnected.
