How do I delete my payment methods as a client?

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right.

  2. Head to 'Billing'

  3. Head to 'Payment Method'.

You'll see the options to add new cards and make changes to cards already linked to your account.

To delete a card, simply press the dustbin icon on the card. You may be warned, if you have active program subscriptions, that deleting your last payment card on file will affect future payments. Please ensure you have at least one card on file if you have active program subscriptions running.

To replace a card already on file, without adding a new one and deleting the old, simply edit the current card on file with the new details and save.

You'll also see the ability to add your billing information. This information will appear on all invoices and receipts after you've added it.
