Why is my report data not up-to-date?

If you are viewing a report for today’s data you may be seeing a banner like this;

This banner means that due to a high load on our systems we are seeing a processing time above our target of 1 hour, which is more likely to happen in the afternoon and evenings on weekdays.

We suggest that it is best to view your reports the next day in the morning, that way we can guarantee that the report from the day before is processed fully.

Why haven’t I seen this banner before?

It is only recently that we have seen a significant increase in processing time. Previously this has not been needed as our processing time has been under our internal target of 1 hour.

What has changed?

Many new customers have come onboard with Fleetpin and our systems are having to process more. What a great problem to have!

Will it be under 1 hour again?

Yes! We plan in the next few months to optimize our systems to process your reports in our targeted 1 hour, but for the time being we want to be transparent about how up-to-date the information you are seeing is.
