AI Assistant for Inspection Scheduling
This document provides an overview of how to utilize the AI assistant for creating and updating inspection schedules within the FlowPath application.
Enabling the AI Assistant
To begin using the AI assistant, ensure that it is enabled. You will see a blue orb icon that you can click to access the assistant.
Creating Inspection Items
There are multiple methods to create inspection items:
Upload a Picture: You can upload an image related to the inspection.
Voice Commands: Use speech-to-text functionality to create items by speaking.
Text Input: You can also type your requests directly.
Once you have created an inspection, you can manage it through a dropdown menu for actions within the inspection interface.
Generating Inspection Items
To generate new inspection items:
Navigate to the inspection you wish to update.
Use a command such as, "Take the available inspection and create new inspection items."
Provide details, for example, "I need an annual inspection for my stadium bleachers."
The AI assistant will recognize the context and generate appropriate inspection items based on your input.
Confirming Inspection Items
After the AI assistant generates inspection items, you will have the option to confirm them:
If there are multiple checklist items, you can review and select the ones you wish to confirm.
Click "Confirm All" to finalize the creation of new inspection items.
Creating Inspection Schedules
You can also create inspection schedules for various frequencies:
For example, request a schedule like, "Create a three-month inspection for my custodial team to clean all rooms and hallways every night."
The assistant will process your request and generate a confirmation for the new inspection schedule.
Checking Existing Schedules
The AI assistant will check for existing inspection schedules or equipment that may be relevant to your request. If it finds any, it will provide a confirmation of the new schedule, detailing the frequency and locations involved.
Editing Inspection Items
Once inspection items are created, you can review and edit them as needed. Additionally, you can ask the AI assistant to assist with editing tasks.
