Creating Equipment
When the AI Assistant is enabled, users can create new equipment using one of the following methods:
Upload an Image:
Click the option to take a picture to create an asset.
You can select multiple images at once.
The AI will parse the information from each image and confirm the creation of new assets.
Voice Command:
Use voice commands to create equipment by stating your request.
Text Input:
Type your request to create equipment.
Confirmation and Submission
After selecting images or providing input:
Review the parsed information for accuracy.
If any information is incorrect, unselect the corresponding images.
Click Confirm All to finalize the creation of the assets, or submit selected items individually.
Viewing Created Equipment
Once the assets are created:
Navigate to the equipment details (e.g., for a specific asset like "Linux").
The system will display the uploaded profile picture along with the unique ID, serial number, model number, and any other relevant data extracted from the images.
Updating Equipment
The AI Assistant also allows for various actions on existing equipment:

Use the drop-down menu to upload new images for an existing asset.
