Advanced AI Assistant Settings Documentation
Overview
This document provides a guide to the advanced settings of the AI Assistant within FlowPath. It covers the main features, including data workers, automation agents, and customization options for enhanced user experience.
Accessing AI Assistant Settings
Navigate to the Global Settings from the main dashboard.
Click on the AI Assistant Settings tab. This tab will be visible once you have assigned a license to your users and have an AI Assistant configured.
AI Assistant Features
The AI Assistant tab consists of three main sections:
AI Assistant: This section allows you to assign an unlimited number of licenses to users.
Automations: Future automation packages will be available to enhance the AI Assistant's capabilities.
AI Assistant Data Workers: These are specialized workers that assist the AI in processing user requests.
Data Workers
The AI Assistant utilizes data workers to access user data and perform actions based on user commands. For example, if a user requests to assign a work order (e.g., "assign work order 3287 to Alex"), the AI Assistant searches the database for a user named Alex and confirms the assignment.
There are over 25 data workers available, including one specifically for user data.
If the AI Assistant does not recognize a user based on your typical references (e.g., nicknames), you can enable additional instructions for that specific data worker. This allows for flexibility in how users are identified.
Import Capabilities
The AI Assistant includes built-in helpers and automation agents that facilitate data importation. Key features include:
Enabled Agents: These are automation agents that are active by default.
Inactive but Available Agents: Agents that can be activated as needed.
Upcoming Agents: Agents that are currently in development.
For example, the Help Center Agent can respond to functionality questions by accessing the help center article database. Users can ask questions like "How do I export reports in Excel?" and receive relevant guidance.
Customizing Agents
Users can customize the behavior of agents to suit specific workflows:
Access Control: You can restrict agent access to specific users or allow access to all users with permissions to the relevant module.
Additional Instructions: Customize how an agent interacts with data by providing specific instructions. For instance, if importing work orders from another system (like Salesforce), you can specify how fields map to FlowPath fields.
Importing Data
To import data using the AI Assistant:
Drag and drop the data file into the AI Assistant interface.
Use commands like "import these work orders" or "create these work orders" to initiate the import process.
Managing Agents
Agents can be disabled or re-enabled as needed. When a user license is assigned, all agents are available and enabled by default.
Customization of data workers and agents is available for advanced users to optimize their experience with the AI Assistant.
Conclusion
The advanced settings of the AI Assistant provide robust features for managing user data, automations, and imports. By customizing data workers and agents, users can tailor the AI Assistant to meet their specific needs, enhancing overall efficiency within FlowPath.
