Creating and Managing Inbound Parse Agent


1. Accessing the AI Assistant Settings 0:19

  • Click on the AI Assistant page.

  • Ensure that the WorkOrder AI automation package is enabled.

  • If using text or phone calls, input the allowed phone numbers.
