Creating and Managing Inbound Parse Agent
1. Accessing the AI Assistant Settings 0:19
Navigate to your Settings.
Click on the AI Assistant page.
Ensure that the WorkOrder AI automation package is enabled.

Expand the Inbound Parse Agent section.

Note that you can have multiple flows of the same type.
