Managing and Using the Monitoring Agent
1. Enable Work Order AI Automation Package 0:10
Access Global Settings.
Navigate to AI Assistant.
Enable the Work Order AI Automation Package.
2. Access Advanced Settings 0:22
Go to Advanced Settings.
Locate the Work Order Monitoring Agent.
3. Create a New Flow 1:06
Click on 'Add Flow'.
Select 'Assign a New User to a Work Order'.
4. Configure Flow Activation 1:17
Activate the flow.
Set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
Define the look back period (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).
5. Set Default Instructions 2:00
Input the email address of the user to assign (e.g., brandon@getflowpath.com).
Specify criteria for the work order (e.g., status has not changed in 7 days).
6. Monitor In-Progress Actions 3:20
Collapse Advanced Settings to view In Progress Actions.
Refresh to check the status of triggered actions.
7. Review Completed Actions 5:30
Check Completed Actions after a few minutes.
Verify the work order IDs that were assigned.
8. Manage Notifications 7:06
Ensure notifications are set up to receive updates on assignments and comments.
