Managing and Using the Monitoring Agent


1. Enable Work Order AI Automation Package 0:10

  • Access Global Settings.

  • Navigate to AI Assistant.

  • Enable the Work Order AI Automation Package.


2. Access Advanced Settings 0:22

  • Go to Advanced Settings.

  • Locate the Work Order Monitoring Agent.


3. Create a New Flow 1:06

  • Click on 'Add Flow'.

  • Select 'Assign a New User to a Work Order'.


4. Configure Flow Activation 1:17

  • Activate the flow.

  • Set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Define the look back period (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).


5. Set Default Instructions 2:00

  • Input the email address of the user to assign (e.g., brandon@getflowpath.com).

  • Specify criteria for the work order (e.g., status has not changed in 7 days).


6. Monitor In-Progress Actions 3:20

  • Collapse Advanced Settings to view In Progress Actions.

  • Refresh to check the status of triggered actions.


7. Review Completed Actions 5:30

  • Check Completed Actions after a few minutes.

  • Verify the work order IDs that were assigned.


8. Manage Notifications 7:06

  • Ensure notifications are set up to receive updates on assignments and comments.
