WorkOrder AI Automation Package Setup

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to enable and customize the WorkOrder AI Automation Package for effective monitoring and analysis of work orders.

Key Steps


1. Access Global Settings 0:00

  • Log in to your Flowpath account.

  • Navigate to Global Settings.

  • Click on the AI Assistant tab to find the WorkOrder AI Automation Package.


2. Enable the Automation Package 0:19

  • Locate the WorkOrder AI Automation Package.

  • Click to enable the package.


3. Customize AI Agents 0:27

  • After enabling, go to Advanced Settings.

  • You will see three agents:

    • Analysis and Trends Agent

    • Inbound Parse Agent

    • Monitoring Agent

  • Click on each agent to customize settings.


4. Set Up Analysis and Trends Agent 0:45

  • Define the insights you want to track (e.g., inventory costs, labor hours).

  • Set up recurring analysis based on a specific look-back time frame.


5. Configure Inbound Parse Agent 1:32

  • Set up flows for incoming data from:

    • Phone calls

    • Emails

    • External forms

    • Slack messages

    • Text messages

  • Define parameters for routing incoming data to the correct flow.


6. Utilize Monitoring Agent 2:12

  • Set up flows to monitor work orders:

    • Assign new approvers based on defined parameters.

    • Assign new users or watchers.

    • Leave comments on work orders.

    • Mark work orders as duplicates or slipping.


7. Monitor Actions and Alerts 2:48

  • Check in-progress actions and completed actions in real-time.

  • Set up alerts for individuals based on the flows you have created.


8. Analyze Alerts 3:13

  • Review alerts from the Analysis and Trends Agent.

  • Archive alerts or analyze trends further by clicking on them.


9. Export Analysis Reports 3:46
