Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to activate and utilize Flow Path's AI Assistant for creating and managing work orders, equipment, and inspections effectively.
Key Steps
1. Access Global Settings 6:21
Log in to your Flow Path account.
Navigate to the Global Settings section.
2. Enable AI Assistant for Users 6:27
Go to the User Table within Global Settings.
Locate the AI Assistant column to see which users have it enabled.
To enable it for a user:
Click on the user.
Toggle the AI Assistant on.
Click Update at the bottom.
3. Wait for Activation 7:36
Inform users that it may take up to 24 hours for the AI Assistant to be fully activated and synced.
4. Create Work Orders Using AI Assistant 8:29
Access the AI Assistant via the floating blue orb.
You can either speak or type to create a work order:

5. Confirm Work Order Creation 10:01
Review the details provided by the AI Assistant.
Confirm the creation of the work order.
6. Update Work Orders 10:35
To update a work order, use the AI Assistant to specify the changes:

7. Filter Work Orders 16:07
Use the AI Assistant to filter work orders by specific criteria:

8. Export Work Orders 20:03
Request the AI Assistant to export work orders:

9. Create Equipment and PM Schedules 26:15
Use the AI Assistant to create equipment entries by uploading pictures.
Generate PM schedules based on the equipment data.
10. Create Inspection Schedules 34:09
Use the AI Assistant to create inspection schedules for equipment.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that only users with administrator roles can access Global Settings.
Always confirm the details before finalizing any work orders or updates to avoid errors.
Tips for Efficiency
Encourage users to use voice commands for quicker input.
Regularly check the completed actions tab to track what has been done through the AI Assistant.
Familiarize yourself with common commands to streamline the process.
