Create an inspection schedule

  1. Open the AI Assistant.

  2. Describe the inspection β€” what's being inspected, how often, who's assigned, and what checklist items to include.

  3. The assistant creates the schedule with the correct recurrence and assignee.

Update an inspection schedule

  1. Tell the assistant what to change on an existing schedule β€” frequency, assignee, checklist items.

What you can say

  • "Create a weekly fire-extinguisher inspection across all 12 buildings. Assign it to the safety team."

  • "Change the elevator inspection from monthly to biweekly."

  • "Add five new checklist questions to the kitchen hood inspection."
