Using text or voice
Open the AI Assistant from the inspection detail page.
Tell the assistant which item to update and the result.
Using live stream for individual items
Open the inspection in FlowPath.
Tap the Live Stream button on an individual inspection item.
Capture a photo of what you're inspecting.
Say something like "This door in the south hallway looks good to me — go ahead and complete it."
Submit. The assistant updates that item and you move to the next one.
Using live stream with QR code scanning
From the inspection detail page, tap Live Stream to Update at the top.
Point your camera at the QR code on the equipment.
The assistant shows which inspection items are associated with that equipment.
Refer to items by their number or title: "Number two looks good, go ahead and complete it."
Submit and move to the next piece of equipment.
Working through a large inspection (daily tour style)
For inspections with hundreds of items — like daily facility tours at Spectrum-style operations:
Open the inspection on your phone.
Put the assistant in autonomous mode.
Go through each item: tap the live stream button, capture a photo, say "looks good, complete it," and submit.
The assistant processes each update in the background while you move to the next item.
You don't need to wait for each one to finish — the queue handles it.
Alternatively, if you know your checklist well:
Open the live stream and say "For number one, the door is closed and locked — complete it. For number two, this looks good as well — complete it."
The assistant queues and processes each instruction.
What you can say
"Item 1 — door closed and locked. Complete it."
"The fire extinguisher pressure is in the green zone. Pass."
"Item 5 failed — the exit sign light is out. Add a photo."
"Find item for equipment RTU-14 and mark it as passed."
Tips
The live stream stays open between items on mobile so you can work continuously.
Photos are attached to each inspection item automatically.
For large daily inspections, this replaces the clipboard-and-computer workflow entirely.
