How to Update Work Order Inspection Items with the AI Assistant

Update pass/fail findings and custom-question answers on work order inspection items using text, voice, or the live stream camera.

Using text or voice

  1. Open the AI Assistant from the work order detail page.

  2. Tell the assistant which inspection item to update and the result β€” for example, "Mark item 3 as passed" or "The fire extinguisher pressure is in the green zone, mark it as passed."

  3. The assistant updates the finding on that checklist item.

Using live stream with QR code scanning

  1. From the work order detail page, tap Live Stream to Update.

  2. Point your camera at the QR code on the piece of equipment.

  3. The assistant identifies the equipment and shows you which inspection items in the checklist are associated with it.

  4. Say something like "The filter looks great here for number two" and capture a photo.

  5. Hit Submit. The assistant updates that item and you can move to the next one.

What you can say

  • "For item 1, the door is closed and locked β€” mark it as passed."

  • "Item 5 failed β€” the pressure gauge is in the red zone."

  • "Number two looks good, go ahead and complete it."

Tips

  • The live stream is designed for mobile β€” open it on your phone for the best experience.

  • Photos captured during the live stream are attached to the inspection item automatically.

  • Put the assistant in autonomous mode so it processes updates without stopping for confirmation on each item.
