Steps

  1. Open the AI Assistant.

  2. Describe the vendor β€” company name, contact info, trade, payment terms.

  3. The assistant creates or updates the record.

What you can say

  • "Create a new vendor β€” ABC Plumbing, contact is John Smith, phone 555-1234, trade is plumbing."

  • "Update ABC Plumbing's billing address to 123 Main Street."

  • "Change the payment terms on Smith Electric to Net 60."
