Note: The Work Order Scheduler Agent uses a narrower set: daily, weekly on date, and monthly on day.

When configuring analysis agents, choose how far back the agent should look:

How to configure
Go to Settings > AI Assistant > Agent Teams.
Select the team and agent.
Open the flow you want to configure.
Set the recurrence and lookback window.
Save. The flow runs on the next scheduled occurrence.
