FlowPath can automatically send a satisfaction survey to requesters when a work order is completed. Reviews are tracked over time and available in reporting.
To enable Work Order completion surveys navigate to Global Settings > Work Orders > Completed Survey Link:
Once enabled you can configure your survey type.
Survey Types
You can choose from three survey options:
Star Rating: Requesters rate their experience on a scale you define (e.g., 1-5 stars). You choose how many stars to include.
Thumbs Up / Neutral / Thumbs Down: A simple three-option response for quick feedback.
External Link: Redirect requesters to a third-party survey tool of your choice.
How to Set It Up
Go to the work order category or notification settings where completion emails are configured.
Under Completion Survey, select your preferred survey type.
For star ratings, set the number of stars.
Save your settings.
Once enabled, the survey will be included in the completion notification email sent to the requester.
Viewing Reviews
Completed reviews appear in the work order's comment/activity feed so your team can see feedback in context.
For reporting, go to Reporting and create a panel in your dashboard. You can view results as a table, single metric, or visualization to track trends over time.
