FlowPath has the ability to add a completion survey link to your work orders.

This link will be sent to all watchers & requesters after a work order is completed.

This functionality can be found by opening the settings drawer in the bottom left hand of the screen and opening 'Global Settings'. From there navigate to 'Work Orders' in the top bar and navigating to the 'Completion survey link' box at the bottom of the page. Finally, paste the link to your existing survey in the box.
