Create area owners by location for specific categories.

Admins can easily manage work order routing by creating area owners for selected locations within the category profile. When someone submits a work order under a specific category, FlowPath will automatically assign it to the appropriate technician at the location level.

Category location assignment is managed by going to Global Settings > Work Orders and selecting the category you would like to add a location assignment. Once you open the category profile you can add a new location assignment adding assigned users or user groups.
