Creating a Work Order in Flowpath App
Log in to Flowpath App
Upon logging in, you will be directed to the work order home page.
Access to different modules (pending, scheduled, completed work orders) based on permissions.
Initiate Work Order Creation
Click on the "Create Work Order" button at the top right corner of the page.
Select Site and Location
Choose the site where the work order needs to be addressed.
Specify the location within the site.
Check for Duplicate Work Orders
The system will display potential duplicate work orders based on the selected criteria.
This feature helps prevent the submission of duplicate work orders.
Describe the Issue
Provide a detailed description of the problem in the work order.
Option to upload pictures or files to support the description.
Submit Work Order
Click on the "Submit Work Order" button to finalize the submission.
View and Manage Work Order
The submitted work order will be displayed.
Depending on role permissions, different features will be available for management.
Monitor the activity related to the work order and communicate with technicians or admins as needed.
Additional Information
Accessible on tablets and phones for easy submission.
Support available for any queries or assistance needed.
