Creating a Work Order in Flowpath App

  1. Log in to Flowpath App

    • Upon logging in, you will be directed to the work order home page.

    • Access to different modules (pending, scheduled, completed work orders) based on permissions.

  2. Initiate Work Order Creation

    • Click on the "Create Work Order" button at the top right corner of the page.

  3. Select Site and Location

    • Choose the site where the work order needs to be addressed.

    • Specify the location within the site.

  4. Check for Duplicate Work Orders

    • The system will display potential duplicate work orders based on the selected criteria.

    • This feature helps prevent the submission of duplicate work orders.

  5. Describe the Issue

    • Provide a detailed description of the problem in the work order.

    • Option to upload pictures or files to support the description.

  6. Submit Work Order

    • Click on the "Submit Work Order" button to finalize the submission.

  7. View and Manage Work Order

    • The submitted work order will be displayed.

    • Depending on role permissions, different features will be available for management.

    • Monitor the activity related to the work order and communicate with technicians or admins as needed.

  8. Additional Information

    • Accessible on tablets and phones for easy submission.

    • Support available for any queries or assistance needed.
