1. Navigate to https://app.getflowpath.com/work-orders

2. Click "Global Settings"

3. Click "Work Orders"

4. Click "Categories"

5. Select the category you want to create default assignments for.

6. Click "Assignment & Watchers"

7. Click "Assigned to" and select the user or users you want to default the work order assignments for the selected category.

8. If you want assigned watchers for the category, select the watcher group you want to be default assignments for work orders created as watcher with this category.
