1. Navigate to https://app.getflowpath.com/work-orders
2. Click "Current"
3. Click "Create Project"
4. Enter in details for the project and click "Create Project".
5. When created, it will default with 5 phases and 5 task that you can edit or delete as necessary. They will show up both on the left column and the timeline view on the right.

6. Double-click into a phase or task to edit. You can click either on the left side column or into the timeline view on the right.
7. Enter the details as you need and then click "Update Task" to save.
8. To change the color of the phase and tasks on the timeline view, click on the color feature and change to your liking.
9. This section you can see any attachments for the task and phase if they are already there, and you can add new ones by clicking "+ Add New Attachment".
10. Click "Add"
11. If you want need to create a checklist for the phase/task you can add them here. The checklist will transfer automatically to the work order created.

12. To generate a work order on the task start date for the project, toggle this option on.
13. If you change your mind and do not need a work order to generate for the task, toggle it off.
14. If a work order is generated it will show up here and you can click to view the work order.

18. Right-click on any phase or task to add a new task or sub task, delete, or view the details. New task will automatically be arranged by the start and end date entered.
19. If you delete a task a pop up will appear to ensure you want to delete as if any dependencies and subtasks are associated, they will also be deleted.

20. You can adjust the timeline by clicking and dragging each task/phase noting the start and end dates that appear as you move.
21. You can create task dependency by clicking on the with circles and then dragging to connect to the other task you want to be interrelated.
22. You will see a "dependency line" as you drag and once you move it to the interrelated task, un click.
23. You will now see the tasks interrelated.
24. If you want to delete a dependency between certain task, right click on the line and click "Delete Dependency"
25. A pop up will appear to make sure you want to delete the dependency.
