Custom User Notification Preferences in Flowpath

Step by Step guide to set up custom notifications for individual users.

2. Click on your Action Menu to access Global Settings.

3. Click "Global Settings"

4. Click "Users" Tab at the top.

5. Select the user for whom you would like to set up custom notifications.

6. Click "Custom notification preferences" to expand your options and make selections within the user profile.

7. Here you will find the types of notifications the user will receive based on their role on a Work Order. For example, "Assigned - when completed" indicates the user will get notifications if and when they are "Assigned To" a Work Order.

8. Be sure to click "Update" after making your selection for custom notifications within the users profile and ask the user to refresh their instance.

9. Congratulations you have set up custom notification!

You will see the confirmation that the user profile has been updated at the top of your screen.

10. You can now exit the profile and create more custom notifications.
