1. Navigate to https://app.getflowpath.com/work-orders
2. Click "Global Settings" from your Action Menu.
3. Then head on over to your "Work Orders" Tab
4. You can scroll down to your notifications section or click "Notifications" in the jump to section menu on the right side.
5. Notification Preferences are set based on User Permission roles in relationship to their role on the work order.

6. In the highlighted example below you will see that anytime a user with the permission setting of "Collaborator" is assigned to a work order they will receive a notification.
7. In this section you can enable or disable notifications for users that are assigned as "Approvers", "Assigned to", and "Watchers"
8. The above mentioned designations may not be visible to every user. Some organizations do not require "approvers", therefore this field is not visible on their work orders and will not require any notification preferences to be set.
9. This feature auto saves as you make your selections.
