2. Click "Global Settings" from your Action Menu

3. Click "Work Orders" Tab.

4. A Admin or Operations user can enable the digital signature feature based on user permission settings in the Permissions section of the Work Order Tab.

5. Scroll down to the last permission setting called "Show Signature line" and add a check mark for each user permission setting that you want the feature to be enabled for.

6. If you want this feature to also be visible on printed work orders be sure to jump to the "Printing" section in the Work Orders setting tab .

7. Be sure to enable based on user permission settings.

8. Once you have enabled this feature you will see the signature box on your work orders. You can use your mouse, touchpad, or screen if you device is touch screen like a tablet or phone to sign. There is also a field to type your name.

9. Once the Work Order has been signed you will also see the date it was signed. If at anytime you need to remove or change a signature you can select "Edit Signature"
