If you've replaced the batteries in your Flood Sensor and are now experiencing a malfunction or loss of supervision message on your system, don't panic. The sensor simply needs to reconnect with your panel.

To test the sensor, follow these two simple steps:

- You'll need your user code -

1. Take a wet paper towel and place the sensor on it, ensuring that all the prongs touch the towel. This will simulate a flooding situation.

2. Once the alarm on your panel is triggered, disarm the panel with your 4-digit user code.
