Once you've found your perfect spot for work, click on the Host profile to book your spot. Remember you can always check that it's suitable for your needs by viewing the features that are listed by the Host.

Select this option to book a space for all day work.

Your Day Pass will give you access to the venue for the full day, in accordance with their displayed opening hours.

Select the date you wish to book and add any additional passes for friends or colleagues if you wish.

Please note: When booking this way, payments for all seats will be taken together.

Once your selection is confirmed, you will be taken through to the Confirm and Book page, here you can check the details of your booking including Date, Seats booked and contact information for your Host if you need it.

The Price Breakdown displays the cost of the Day Pass, Booking Fee and any additional taxes and transaction fees.

You can update your Expected Arrival Time if you wish to, this means the venue knows when to expect you but your spot will be ready from opening time!

You can also add any additional requests for anything that you need or add info that you think your Host should know, for example your favorite table! Please note, that requests made can not be guaranteed by the Host unless confirmed directly.

Payment

At the bottom of the page, your total chargeable amount will be displayed.

Once you select to Confirm and Book you can complete the payment via Apple Pay/Google Wallet through your stored card details, or enter the details of the card you wish to use to make the payment.

Once your booking is paid it is confirmed with the Host.

You can now view your Day Pass, which will include the details of your booking and additional useful information such as the WiFi password, so you can get straight to work on the day.

You can also share this Day Pass, if you've booked for more than just yourself and add the details to your Calendar directly from the App.
