To verify social media posts for national buyers, you need to submit a screenshot of the social post, a screenshot of the social post analytics, and applicable metrics into the designated fields 3 days after posting. This article will explain how to find social post analytics information on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
NOTE: Only social account admins can access analytics. If you cannot get admin access to your social media accounts, you will need to add someone with admin access to your Flytedesk account team so they can upload social verifications.
Facebook Post
Step 1: Find the post in your page's feed and select 'People Reached.' (You can only see this if you're a page admin.)
Step 2: Social analytics can be found in the 'Post Details' pop-up window
Twitter Post
Step 1: Find the post on your profile feed and select 'View Tweet activity.' (You can only see this if you're a Twitter account admin.)

Instagram Post
Analytics for Instagram posts, called "Instagram Insights," are only available for business profiles.
