Phase

Description

Planning

  • "You're on a Proposal" email: Your publication is included in a sales proposal. You will receive an email outlining the media that's included in the proposal. New product development is most efficient at this stage.

Note: Media sales proposals have about a 20% chance of resulting in a purchase.

  • Campaign closes: If your publication has been included in the final sales proposal, you will receive a notification with the next steps and ad details.

Booking

  • Review and Approve Ads: You will receive an email notification that new ads have been booked on the platform. Log in to review and approve the ad details and creative for your publication.

  • Ad Run Date: On the scheduled start date, once ads have run, publishers are expected to upload verification photos. These verifications will be used for flytedesk's proof of performance (POP) reporting to the client.

  • Mid-Campaign Reporting: Flytedesk generates a mid-campaign report to share with clients. Please upload stellar verification images throughout the entire campaign to showcase your publication’s media. If your order includes email, you will also submit performance metrics (opens, clicks, etc.) promptly, as these are also featured in mid-campaign updates to clients.

End Date

All booked media should have run as scheduled. This is the stage to ensure that all placements are verified and necessary metrics are complete. Finalizing this step is essential for efficient and accurate billing, as it confirms that the campaign has been fulfilled and is ready for invoicing.

Final verification photos will be shared with the client in an official wrap report.

Billing

Payment Sent: Payment will be processed on our 60-day billing cadence. To avoid delays, please make sure your billing details are accurate and up to date. A new ad cycle begins with each new campaign.
