Your notification center can be accessed from anywhere in your account, by clicking on the bell icon in the upper right corner of your top navigation bar. This bell icon will be accompanied by a red badge if you have any unread notifications, and clicking the icon will expand your full list of notifications.

You can choose to be notified about:

  1. New orders in your account

  2. New notes left on an order or an ad

  3. When new ads are added to an existing Flytedesk National order

  4. When creative has been updated on an ad

  5. When an order or ad has been canceled

  6. When an ad has been rescheduled

Dismissing a notification
By default, notifications will stay in your list for 30 days. If you'd like to dismiss a notification before that, just click the "x" icon to the right of the notification you want to dismiss. This will permanently remove the notification from your notifications panel.

Marking notifications as read or unread
‍When you click on a notification, it will automatically be marked as read. An empty grey circle indicates that a notification is “read” while a filled blue circle means the notification is unread. If you’d like to change this status, just click the circle to the left of the notification.

Clicking a notification
If a notification is for a new ad or order, clicking on it will bring you to the new line item(s). And if the notification is for a note left on an ad or an order, you'll be able to see a preview of the note in your flytedesk notifications, as well as click on it to be taken directly to the referenced note.

Notification settings
You can indicate which types of notifications you'd like to receive in your notification settings, which can be accessed by clicking the "settings" button in the upper right corner of your account. Here you can select whether you'd like to receive notifications directly in the platform and/or by email.

Note: if you are the primary contact for your organization, these settings will only affect ad shop orders. You can not unsubscribe from receiving notifications, you will still receive notifications related to Flytedesk National campaigns.
