A guide to uploading verifications to the flytedesk platform

We use verifications to provide proof to buyers when ads go live. Verifications for physical media (print, street team, OOH) are due on the scheduled run date. Email newsletter metrics are due within 3 business days of the scheduled run date.

Uploading verification photos is simple, all thanks to the platform.

How to access and submit verifications:

2. Click on Verifications Pending Upload on your Flytedesk dashboard.

You can also access your verifications by using the sidebar menu:

Use the filters on the left side of your screen to find specific ads. You can filter by run dates, status, products, order type, etc.

You can also filter by the unique ad ref (A-#####)

3. Click the (+) icon for ad you want to upload verification(s) for

Click on the "Add Verification" button for the ad line item.

4. Upload your verification photo(s)*

*Metrics are required for E-newsletters and Social posts. Metrics are due within three days of the ad run date.
