Can member's get a refund

Members have 7 business days from the date of their order to reach out to Instacart to get a refund on any portion of their order. If it is after the 7 business days, the member will NOT get a refund. This is an internal policy of Instacart. Foodsmart has spoken to Instacart and this policy will not be amended.

Please do not wait for information from Foodsmart, reach out to Instacart immediately. Members need to reach out as quickly as they can. Keep in mind that all calls are recorded. Members can also ask for an email while on the phone to send in their request and have a paper trail.

How long until my refund?

Once Instacart issues a refund, it can take 5-7 business days before it is back in your account depending on your bank and their policies.
