If the patient has an appointment they HAVE an account on Foodsmart.com, please have them log into the their account to see their Foodsmart Bucks.
If the patient has not been a member of Foodsmart before AND not created an account on Foodsmart.com, please share the registration steps with them and ask them to create an account in order to access their Foodsmart Bucks.
How to sign up or create a foodsmart.com for a member?

To login, please go to the following website: https://foodsmart.com/schedule/auth/login
Login using your email on file, if that is the identifier you have been given to login.
Be sure to use the correct identifier given to you by your dietician. It will either be your email address or your phone number on file. You already have a Foodsmart.com account, if you have scheduled an appointment.
If the member’s identifier is an email, they will see this message
Enter the code sent to the member via email or the member can sign in with their password instead by clicking on the link below the code area.
If the member’s identifier is a phone number, they will see this message.
Enter the code sent to the member via text or the member can sign in with their password instead by clicking on the link below the code area.
3. Enter code and click on Verify Code.
4. You will see your Dashboard with Foodsmart Bucks (Fresh Fund) Incentives above your scheduled appointments. If you do not see your Foodsmart Bucks (Fresh Fund) incentives and scheduled appointments on your dashboard, please use the steps below to login using your phone number on file.
To be able to see all the family incentives, please click on the upper red arrow and choose family. To see the actual incentives, click on the bottom red arrow pointed at Details.
It will then show you the incentives that the family has left to redeem. Scroll through to find the code that the member wants to redeem. Click on view code and click on the code link to redeem the code. A code that has been redeemed previously will NOT be shown. ONLY non-redeemed codes are available to be redeemed. A code cannot be redeemed twice. Redeemed means claimed and on the member’s Instacart account and NOT necessarily used in an order on Instacart.
Please be sure that if ever you need to reset your password or get a verification code, you will need to use the same identifier (email or phone number) to get a correct result. Using the wrong identifier will not work. Please reach out to the Support Team at 415-800-2311 to get the identifier.
Login using your phone number on file, if that is the identifier you need to use.
1. Click on phone, enter your phone number associated with your account and sign in.
2. Select how you want your verification code sent to you and click on Send Code.
3. You will be sent a text with the verification code.
4. Enter your verification code and click on Verify Code.
Please be sure that if ever you need to reset your password or get a verification code, you will need to use the same identifier (email or phone number) to get a correct result. 5. You will see an option to schedule. Click on yourself or Schedule for a Different patient to schedule. If you want to see your dashboard, click on Foodsmart in the upper left corner.
6. Click on viewing drop down to choose the member you would like to schedule with.
To see incentives, click on Details. Please be sure family is chosen on viewing prior to checking incentives, as it will ONLY show all the incentives available if viewing in family.
On your dashboard, you can:
Redeem/claim Foodsmart Bucks incentives, that have not been previously redeemed/claimed
Schedule or reschedule appointments
Cancel an appointment
