Using Subsets

Subfolders for your Sets to help you stay organized

Subsets add another layer of organization to your projects. They help you break down large collections of Frames and Motions into smaller, more manageable sections, divided by scene, character, location, campaign, or whatever you need.

Common uses for Subsets

Use Subsets when you need organization within a larger Set. For example:

  • Organizing a shot list into different scenes or sequences.

  • Grouping images by different vibes or color palettes for a mood board.

  • Arranging content into different slides or sections for a Treatment.

How to create a Subset

  1. Open a Set

  2. Click the + New Subset button on the top right of the page.

  3. Give your new Subset a name and click Create or press Enter.

  4. To add to the Subset, either:

    1. Drag and drop from your Set directly onto the Subset,

    2. Select multiple Assets and then select Move Selected. Click on the Set, and then click the Subset, then Move.
