Organizing Within Sets

Written by Hello

You can organize Frames and Motions in a Set in two ways: sort and archive.

Sorting Options:

  • Sort By: Recently Added

    • When your Set is sorted by Recently Added, the frames and motions will be displayed in the order they were added to the Set, with the most recently added appearing last. Frames and Motions cannot be rearranged when sorting by Recently Added.

  • Sort By: Custom:

    • When your Set is sorted by Custom, you can rearrange the order of your Frames and Motions. You can freely drag and drop items to change their position when sorting by Custom.

How to Rearrange Frames

  1. Open the Set you'd like to organize.

  2. Ensure the Sort By option is set to Custom.

  3. Click and drag a Frame or Motion to your desired location within the Set. You will see a visual indicator of where it will be placed.

Note: Rearranging multiple Frames or Motions at once is not currently supported.

How to Archive Frames

To remove Frames or Motions from a Set, they must be Archived.

  1. Select all the Frames and Motions you want to remove from a Set

  2. Click the bin icon on the left of the menu that appears on the bottom of the page

  3. Those frames will disappear from your set and placed in an Archive

How to Unarchive Frames

To return archived Frames or Motions from a Set, they must imported from the Archive.

  1. Click on the title of the Set in the top of the page to open the menu

  2. Select View Archived

  3. Select all Frames and Motions that you wish to return to the Set

  4. Click Import to Project

Note: Subsets do not use a separate Archive. All Frames and Motions imported into a project will import into the main Set, not a subset.

Important for Workspace Collaboration:

Members in your workspace who have Editor access can archive Frames and Motions and use custom sorting.
