Your guests are the heart of your restaurant. Naturally, you want to get to know them better to enhance their experience — that’s exactly what guest profiles are for.
Where to find Guest Profiles
All guest profiles can be found under the Guests section (located under Reservations).
In practice, you’ll usually open them directly from the reservation overview — with one click, you can view and edit a guest profile as needed.
What you'll find in a Guest Profile
Each profile gives you a clear overview of:
The guest’s personal information
The total number of reservations
Complete reservation history (including tickets)
The guest’s most recent visit
Whether the guest has subscribed to your newsletter
You can also add extra information, such as:
Guest Notes → automatically appear with each reservation
Tags → useful for categorizing guests quickly (e.g. foodie, allergy, VIP)
Birthday → perfect for adding a personal touch
