Reviews: collect, manage, and share guest feedback

Collect guest reviews automatically, manage feedback in one place, and encourage guests to share their experience on external platforms with FRANK.

With Reviews, you can easily collect feedback from your guests and manage it directly within FRANK. Reviews are fully integrated into Guest Contact, meaning:

  • Feedback comes in alongside other guest messages

  • Everything is organized in one place

  • You can respond and follow up directly

In addition, you can encourage guests to share their review on external platforms, helping you build visibility beyond FRANK.

Sending review emails

You can choose to automatically send a review email after a reservation via Manage → Restaurant → Email

Here you can decide:

  • Whether to send review emails

  • How many days after the reservation the email is sent

  • What additional message you want to include

This allows you to choose the right timing and tone for your restaurant.

Writing a review (guest experience)

Guests receive a review email where they can:

  • Click directly on a rating

  • Be taken to the review page with the score already selected

This makes leaving feedback:

  • Fast

  • Simple

  • Low effort

On the review page, guests can also add a written explanation (optional).
This gives you not only a score, but also valuable context.

Sharing reviews on external platforms

After submitting a review, guests are taken to a thank-you page. Here you can:

  • Invite them to share their review on external platforms

  • Show their written review again

  • Let them easily copy the text with a single click

This step is only shown if you have added external links via: Manage → Restaurant → Social → Review platforms

Reviews as part of the guest experience

All communication with a guest is stored within the reservation. This means reviews are not separate but are part of the full conversation. You can find reviews in:

  • Guest Contact inbox

  • The reservation

  • The guest profile

  • The activity overview

  • Your Dashboard

New reviews appear automatically as open messages. From here, you can:

  • View the review

  • Respond to it

  • Mark it as processed

A dedicated filter allows you to easily switch between:

  • Messages

  • Reviews

Reviews in the reservation

Within the reservation, you can find the review under the Contact tab.

From here, you can:

  • Read the review

  • Respond directly

Your response will be sent to the guest via email.

Reviews in the guest profile

Each guest profile includes all reviews they have left.

This gives you a complete overview of:

  • Past interactions

  • Feedback history

Reviews in the activity overview

New reviews are also visible in the Activity Overview, so you always stay up to date.

Review scores in your Dashboard

Your dashboard now includes your review performance. You’ll see:

  • Average score over the last 30 days

  • Overall average score across all reviews

This gives you a quick, clear view of how guests experience your restaurant.
